CO2 levels have been higher in the resent past and it was much colder then because of the little ice age. Here are some CO2 measurements made from flasks of air captures in the past. Notice that back in 1810 it was as high as 550ppm compare to the 380ppm that Al Gore complains about. Also noticed that Global Warming Propagandist cherry picked their numbers in the early 1900's to further push their Mass murdering Neo-Marxist propaganda maching to push man made Global Warming on us all:
The 380ppm is only measured in Maui Hawaii.
